Prescriptions

Refill Prescriptions

How to refill a prescription:

  • Online refill requests can only be taken for those prescriptions that were last filled at Student Life Student Health Services (SLSHS) Pharmacy
    • Enter the prescription number and the patient's last name listed on the prescription label
  • By phone at 614-292-0125
  • To renew a medication, schedule an appointment with your medical provider
  • Same-day appointments may not be available, schedule before the medication runs out

Transfer Prescription

When transferring a prescription to SLSHS Pharmacy, please provide:

  • Prescription/Rx number located on the pharmacy label
  • Name and phone number of the original pharmacy
  • Call or visit the pharmacy for more information

Mailing Prescription

While away from campus, it may be possible to have prescriptions filled and mailed to you from the SLSHS Pharmacy. Contact the pharmacy for more information.
