Appointments

Appointment availability will be impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak.

Please note the following changes at the Wilce Student Health Center:

  • All appointments must be scheduled online via My BuckMD or by phone at 614-292-4321
  • No walk-in services available, other than pharmacy pickup and drop off
  • All patients are required to complete a temperature check, answer screening questions and wear a mask
  • At this time visitors (non-patients) must remain outside of the building

Students must schedule their own appointment to see a provider: 

Appointments generally take one hour.

First Appointment

  • Bring a physical copy of your insurance card and photo ID
  • Review and sign the Notice of Privacy Practices
  • Complete a Medical History Form

Appointment Availability

  • Currently enrolled students are eligible
  • Limited same-day appointments are available
  • Closed home football games and holiday weekends
  • Not all services are available on Saturdays 

Telehealth

  • Telephone appointments are available for established patients in a limited capacity (previously seen in Primary Care, GYN or Preventive Medicine)
  • Schedule via My BuckMD
  • Call 614-292-4321
  • A medical provider will call the patient at the time of the appointment

Cancel or Reschedule

Cancel at least 2 hours in advance to avoid a fee. 

Physical Therapy and Dental cancellations require 24-hour notice.

Missed Appointments

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late 
  • Insufficient cancellation notice (less than 2-hour notice, 24-hour notice for Dental and Physical Therapy)
  • No-show

For your convenience, all students are automatically enrolled in appointment reminders and secure message notifications via SMS text message. There is no obligation to authorize text messages and you may opt-out at any time. Message/data rates may apply.
