Treatment of ADD/ADHD
To receive ADD/ADHD medications, you must provide documentation confirming a valid diagnosis.
Documentation must include evidence of prior comprehensive neuropsychological testing and specify the following:
- Provider’s name and specialty
- Tests administered with corresponding results
- Final diagnosis
If you believe you may have ADHD, please schedule a consultation with an SLSHS provider to discuss your concerns and, if appropriate, obtain a referral for testing.
