Nutrition Services

Nutritional services are available by appointment with a Registered Dietitian. Registered Dietitians offer services for a variety of nutrition-related conditions or diseases, including:

• Diabetes
• Heart Disease
• Obesity
• Gastro-Intestinal Issues
• Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

If your provider has already placed a referral, call 614-292-4321 to schedule your appointment.

Initial appointment 

Your first nutrition visit typically lasts about 45 minutes and includes:

• A review of your medical history
• A comprehensive nutrition assessment
• Nutrition education tailored to your needs
• Goal setting for healthy lifestyle changes

Follow-up appointments 

Additional nutrition visits may be recommended to provide ongoing support for your nutrition and lifestyle goals.
