Billing
Billing for Services
Services provided by Student Health Services are billed separately and are not covered by tuition.
Students have two health insurance options:
- Remain enrolled in Ohio State's Student Health Insurance Benefits Plan, which is included in your tuition.
- Waive Student Health Benefits and provide Student Health Services with current health insurance information.
Student Health Benefits Plan:
Eligible students are automatically enrolled in the OSU Student Health Benefits Plan. The plan provides low out-of-pocket costs and coverage on campus, nationwide and abroad. It includes medical, mental health, prescription, dental and vision care.
