Men's Health Services
SLSHS offers comprehensive health care for men, including evaluation and treatment for:
- Sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
- Concerns related to male genitalia
- Sexual function issues
Appointments are required for all visits.
Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Screening
- STI screenings are available even if you have no symptoms, as many infections are asymptomatic.
- Screenings can be requested during an office visit with a provider.
Schedule an appointment if you experience any of the following symptoms:
- Unusual discharge
- Sores, bumps, or blisters
- Bleeding between periods or after sex
- Burning or pain during urination
- Pelvic pain
Testing for Non-Consensual Drugging
Signs you may have been drugged without consent:
- Sudden feelings of extreme intoxication, disorientation, or drowsiness
- Trouble focusing or controlling movements
- Memory loss after accepting a beverage
- Waking up partially or completely undressed, or noticing soreness suggesting sexual contact

Testing Details:
- Urine testing for drugs must be done within 96 hours (4 days) of suspected ingestion
- Testing is available at SLSHS

Sexual Violence Support
Sexual violence includes sexual assault, sexual harassment, relationship violence, and stalking.

Services at SLSHS:
- Care is provided to victims of sexual assault regardless of when the assault occurred
- If the assault occurred within the last 96 hours, seek care at a hospital for evidence collection
- Evidence collection does not require pressing charges
- SLSHS does not collect evidence, but is a confidential resource
- Concerns about STIs, pregnancy, available resources and a plan for follow-up care will be discussed.
