About Me

I have worked in primary care, urgent care, military medicine, and college student health for many years. I always aspire to create a positive, calm, healing, and uplifting environment in the exam room. My aim is to treat the whole person, including mental health, wellness, and preventive medical and mental care. I enjoy writing and have published two books including my recent one: America, Land of My Dreams, An Immigrant’s Story which has been on Amazon’s top selling book list in various categories. I also enjoy creating and uploading uplifting and positive YouTube videos to my YouTube channels. And what a mammoth challenge to be consistent with uploading videos! Finally, I love travelling to explore new places, cities, and National Parks. I believe this is a purely natural- physical- and mental “preventive medicine” available “free” to all of us. Peace!
