Appointments

Students must schedule their own appointment to see a provider: 

Appointments generally take one hour.

Patients should arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Patients that are late may be asked to reschedule and may incur a late fee.

Patients with questions about access or to request accommodations for a disability should inform their medical provider via a secure message through My BuckMD, or call 614-292-4321, prior to the appointment.

First Appointment

  • Bring a physical copy of your insurance card and photo ID
  • Review and sign the Notice of Privacy Practices
  • Complete a Medical History Form

Appointment Availability

  • Currently enrolled students are eligible
  • Limited same-day appointments are available
  • Closed home football games and holiday weekends
  • Not all services are available on Saturdays (if open)

Cancel or Reschedule

Cancel at least 2 hours in advance to avoid a fee. 

Physical Therapy and Dental cancellations require 24-hour notice.

Missed Appointments

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late 
  • Insufficient cancellation notice (less than 2-hour notice, 24-hour notice for Dental and Physical Therapy)
  • No-show
  • Please visit this site to complete a survey if you missed an appointment

Text Messaging

For your convenience, all students are automatically enrolled in appointment reminders and secure message notifications via SMS text message. There is no obligation to authorize text messages and you may opt-out at any time. Message/data rates may apply.
