There are fees for all services performed at Student Life Student Health Services (SLSHS). During your visit, a provider will evaluate you, and he or she will make treatment decisions based on your signs, symptoms and the results of the diagnostic tests. There is a charge for the provider's evaluation and management of your care called the "office visit fee." We will also bill for laboratory tests, x-rays, some office procedures, physical exams, nutrition visits, physical therapy, injections, prescriptions, dental procedures and eye exams. Ultimately, the amount you have to pay will be determined by the services provided and your specific health insurance benefits.
Co-pay and co-insurance amounts are due at the time of service.
